Samples of our menus are available for your review. We use only the freshest seasonal ingredients, and update our menus on a frequent basis. The items featured in these menus are representative of a typical menu.
Our Sea Bass is our signature item, and will never leave the menu. In addition, we will always offer Filet Mignon, Fillet of Salmon, and a Chicken dish, although the preparations may vary on a seasonal basis. We routinely feature several other items, which may include Lobster Ravioli, Minnesota Walleye, Roasted Duck Breast, Rack of Lamb, various Pastas and more.
We prepare all dishes a la minute, which gives us great flexibility with special requests and substitute items. Just as you would experience on any reputable cruise ship, we strive to meet your needs whenever possible. We are happy to cater to special diets, including gluten-free, vegetarian, shellfish allergies, etc. Half-portions are also available for most entrees. When possible, please let us know of any special requests when making your reservation, so we can plan in advance and ensure your needs are met.
